Kingdom Holdings Group (KHG) is a privet limited company, leading investment holding company based in Kerala, India. With over 20 years of high-level investment success in Qatar, India, Middle Eastern and international companies, KHG has been hailed as one of the famous most influential names in investments.

Led by Chairman, Santhosh Kottaram., Son of late K. Balan, he is the one to motivate him to became this level, he learns many lessons from his small business from 1989.

Kottaram start with trading company in 2004 named as M/s. Koodaram Holdings in India,

2007 he starts joint venture with M/s. Dolphin Trading & Contacting in Doha Qatar,

2011 he starts own company M/s. Gilgian International W.L.L in Doha Qatar for Trading, Contacting and Consultancy and also same year stone laid for Kottaram Business Center by his mother Mrs. K. Devayani Balan and father-in-law Mr. V.Palaniyappan,

2414 start a division under GI as M/s. Gilgian International Facilities Management (GIFM), and also Joint partnership with M/s. Aspros Technologies Pvt Ltd in India, M/s. Auto Sed Pvt. Ltd India, M/s. Ecodew Pure Water Solultions Pvt. Ltd and M/s. GULF WORLD Trading and Contacting Doha Qatar.

2019 Start Working with Kerala State Public Work Department (PWD) and Kerala Water Authority (KWA) as a Licensed Contractor in various places in Kerala, also joint partnership with M/s. Thought Box Technologies Cochin India and joint partnership with ICLOUD Qatar

In 2020 Start M/s. Kottaram Trading and Contacting Doha Qatar a managed by Remesan Balan.

2023 our prestige Kottaram Business Center Inaugurated by his mother Mrs. K. Devayani Balan in the City of Haripad, Alappuzha, Kerala, India and

2025 Inaugurated Kottaram Nest by Mrs. K. Devayani Balan and many of the project under the pipe line to open soon. KHG utilizes the experience and expertise of a small team of multi-disciplined professionals – all experts in their field – to monitor and operate the global interests of the company and community.
